Training Manager (Cloud Sales) required by a global and growing Inside Sales company to help deliver training in their Dublin office (currently 70-80 people).

You will be responsible for;

-       Designing and delivering training (online and instructor-led) for internal and client training

-       Create and deliver initial onboarding systems and training for position-specific roles

-       Assessing effectiveness of the training and recommend improvements

-       Provide user support documents

Experience needed;

-       5+ years of Inside Sales training delivery experience

-       Background in sales, and ideally cloud-based or IT sales

-       Corporate training experience advantageous

-       Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

-       Experience in instructional design modules, LMS, e-learning modules, content sharing modules

-       Degree is essential
