Our client, a leading national home energy supplier have a brand new role for a Sales Team Leader to work with their existing Field Sales Team covering the greater Dublin area.

The package:

• Guaranteed basic (DOE) salary paid weekly

 What's expected:

• Ensure the assigned team hit daily targets
• Training and development of junior agents
• Ensure a high volume of sales and also ensure the sales are all of high quality

 Requirements:

• Door to Door Sales Experience Essential
• Team Lead experience an advantage
• Maintaining and updating daily metrics, KPI’s etc.
