Eventhaus are passionate about running events whether large or small, business or consumer based in Ireland or further afield and wish to hire a Contract Sales Executive due to portfolio expansion. The successful candidate will on focus on a new business event launching in March 2017.

The core role of Sales Contract will involve stand sales to the corporate and business market and experience in sales to the Comms and SME sectors will be an essential element of the position.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the key tasks for the role include but are not limited to:-
· Prospecting - Identifying business opportunities by pinpointing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options and carrying through to sales activity
· Sales and follow-up calls with feedback and regular reporting to management;
· Researching and developing a list of potential exhibitors;
· Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential exhibitors;
· Keeping precise records of conversations with all clients and exhibitors;
· Updating the company database as required;
· Raise booking forms for exhibitors once sales agreement has been reached;
· Building & maintaining relationships and networking;
· Selling by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will:-
· Have Sales experience in B2B or exhibition sales (desirable)
· Have experience and contacts in the comms and SME sector (essential).
· Be Educated to degree level
· Have the ability to build a natural rapport with people
· Be a team player who is enthusiastic, bright and has a can-do attitude
· Have the ability to think on their feet in a competitive market
· Have the confidence to talk to key decision makers
· Have a good telephone manner
