German speaking Graduate for Customer Focused Position

€30k + Bonus

This well-known Multinational are adding to their Renewals team, and they want to hire a Customer Focused Graduate who has a strong desire to learn and grow their career. Within your role you will be expected to; 

Liaise with the existing portfolio of clients within your territory; 

Build relationships and develop an understanding of the client needs; 

Manage the renewals process; 

Provide regular reports to management on pipeline of renewals;

Provide quotes to customers;

Collaborate with Field Engineers to ensure opportunities are explored; 

Proactive follow up with clients to ensure upselling and cross selling opportunities are achieved; 

And recording on CRM

Requirements:

• It is essential you have a relevant third level qualification with no less than 1 year in a customer focused role, or 2 years in a similar Renewals role. 
• It is essential you speak English and German to native level.
