Business Development Manager
Sales job- My client are currently looking for an energetic Field Business Development Manager in the FMCG sector, to cover the South Leinster area - B2B, Service orientated and dealing with the multiples. This is an exciting role for a dynamic and target driven individual. The job comes with an excellent renumeration package and bonus structure.
Are you a tenacious business development professional with strong relationship building skills?
Your role will report directly to the managing director. You will be optimising revenue via selling a service to the retailers and negotiating for optimal space/locations within store. Strong relationship building skills and regular store visits, setting journey plans.
THE ROLE:
Generating new business with the multiples and servicing existing customers and retailers
Comfortable pitching the benefits to decision makers, negotiating deals and closing sales.
Reporting weekly activities and sales as required.
Regular reporting and complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
REQUIREMENTS:
You are flexible, target driven, personable, commercially astute, detail orientated, and ambitious professional.
You are competent and autonomous, capable of creating your own journey plans and targets
Track record of meeting / exceeding targets ideally within a B2B or retail environment
Experience selling a service ideally
History of new business development and forging mutually rewarding relationships
You are confident and service oriented, with excellent relationship building, listening, pitching, detail focused, objection addressing, negotiating and closing communication skills
Strong IT / Computer skills
Experience creating your own journey plans and taking responsibility for your own targets
Full drivers licence
