Pharma Sales Manager
Fantastic EMEA Sales Manager Job with a global Pharmaceutical procurement and sourcing company. Ideally you will have experience of 5-8 years’ within the pharmaceutical sourcing industries with a clinical trials; compliance and unlicensed medicine background. Experience in entering new markets and creating relationships with distributors & end users across the EMEA region. Success growing sales within both a distributor and direct to client model.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual commercial goals- Generate sales and revenue to achieve the set targets and develop new business for new products across new countries
• Ensure global Marketing guidelines and strategies are followed and implemented; work cross-regionally with Sales colleagues on global sales policy and secure highest customer service levels to cross-regional customers
• Market and customer knowledge - Build solid long term business relationships with customers
• Keep customer-base accurate and complete in the relevant systems
• Account Management and business planning
• Forecasting and new business development roll out
• Keep high level of knowledge on sales area regarding product development, competitors and potential customers
• Lead monthly forecast process based on historical sales data and current customer knowledge and trends
• Ensure sales activities are in alignment with operational procedures and financial policies.
Experience:
• Success growing sales within clinical trials; compliance and unlicensed medicine
• Knowledge of EMEA region, aware of business and cultural differences and consumer behaviour.
• Previous experience in a Sales role with multiple country responsibility
• Experience with remote management and ability to work independently
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (5-8 years’ experience) with companies in a pharmaceutical companies.
• Passion: hungry to achieve targets and ability to passionately work with our products toward customers and end consumers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to take direction and follow through
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
