Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's best known food brands and lead a nationwide team of sales developers. If you have experience as a national field sales manager or a national accounts manager we'd love to hear from you. You will be working for a a well-known field marketing agency on behalf of their client and ideally you should have experience managing outsourced FMCG sales teams. You should be commercially driven and able to bring a strong voice and presence at a senior level.

Job Description


You will head up a brand new team of Sales Developers responsible for selling into grocery multiples, symbol groups and wholesalers. You will enjoy getting the best out of your team and will be responsible for setting and delivering KPIs for the team in conjunction with the National Account Manager. This role is based in South County Dublin and ideally you'll have experience in the food and drink sector or alternatively a global FMCG non-food portfolio. 

Job Functions

  • To work in conjunction with the client and Client Development Director team to provide strategic direction to the account adding value and driving commercial development initiatives.
  • To professionally manage, direct and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives
  • To successfully achieve targets/KPI’s as set by Client Development Director and Client.
  • To enforce all agreed field performance standards, procedures and systems ensuring that deadlines are met and that all company policies are applied throughout the field team.
  • To ensure that the Field Sales Executives professionally carry out the key functions and tasks as described in their job description.
