An exciting opportunity to develop a new mortgage branch in one of Ireland’s most established Financial Services brokerages.
Due to increasing levels of interest from our clients Irish Pensions and Finance are setting up a mortgage branch. We are looking for someone to cross sell mortgages to our existing business book, progressing to recruiting, training and supervising a sales team.
You should only apply for this role if you are a clear thinker with strong leadership instincts and excellent business acumen. To be successful you will have to work with the current management team to develop and implement a viable business plan. You will also have to work with our existing sales teams to develop leads and referrals. We would expect you to be willing and able to make regular contact with our clients and to transact mortgage business with them. It goes without saying that you should be scrupulously honest, an excellent closer and very ambitious.
Skills & Experience Required:
- One years mortgage sales experience.
- Fully or partly QFA’d.
- Good closer.
- Well organised.
- Track record in meeting/exceeding targets
- Driving ambition to achieve goals
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Integrity/ a client centred approach.
- An understanding of the relationship between hard work and success
- A desire to constantly learn and improve
Package:
OTE €50k Year 1.
- €35k p/a basic
- €850 per month expenses
- Quarterly bonuses.
