Market/Customer Insights Leader: Galway
Responsible for ensuring there is a firm understanding of customers’ needs and drivers, market trends, and keeping abreast of the markets. In addition, the role will be responsible for fostering customer value and innovation with enhanced voice of customer, voice of sales and regular measurements through Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Market /Customer Insights Leader
* Ensuring a solid understanding of customer’s needs, drivers, market trends to drive innovation and increase customer value, resulting in higher market share
* Together with the Product leaders identify, prioritise & execute voice of customer, voice of channel & market studies and aligned to meet targets established.
* Understanding the competition through competitive analysis, competitive deep dives, competitive monitoring and communicating to the senior leadership on a regular cadence
* Improve our Customer Satisfaction by establishing robust processing for annual relationship survey and transactional surveys for brands
* Provide timely market share and market analytics for all EMEA markets
* Work very closely with the portfolio leaders to identify growth markets, growth opportunities and strategies
* Support the Monthly Operating Review, Annual Operating Plan & Long Range Planning processes
Qualifications of Market/Customer Insight Leader
* Honours Primary Degree, or Masters Degree in Business/Marketing or a related discipline
* English plus one other European language is a advantage
* 5 to 10 years within Marketing/Brand Awarness/Channel Communication/Analytical Marketing
* Strong analytical and critical thinker - Ability to produce robust analytical work Analyzes information.
* Motivates individuals to achieve stretch goals, tackle challenging issues.
* Takes ownership of the business, spearheads its go-to-market strategy and product development activities and is responsible for managing risk and delivering profit.
* Understands market and customer drivers and anticipates trends to create opportunities to grow and strengthen the business and to positively influence the organization
