From the launch of the company in 1984- people at all levels have been at the heart of the Group's success to date. We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive and we are looking for a suitable candidate to help us turn our vision for the company’s future into a reality.
The Role
Based in Dublin and reporting to the Managing Director - the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving all agreed KPI’s for the role including sales and profit targets
- Ensuring all customer needs are successfully and profitably met
- Maintaining the strong customer focus and ethos of the company
- Developing a continuous pipeline of new sales leads and opportunities
· Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies and practices - to ensure that the sales department of the company is best in class
· Assisting Senior Management with the ongoing charting of the strategic direction of the company.
The Requirements
The successful candidate will:
• Have at least 3 Years Sales experience
• Have a track record of notable achievements in Sales that have exceeded planned objectives
• Have a good knowledge of computers
• Possess good commercial acumen
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven and team oriented environment. Have the ability to work hard
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to use their own initiative
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A carpentry/woodworking background is a distinct advantage and this position might suit fitter finding it difficult on the tools.
The Remuneration
