CED Century Electrical Distributors are a long established electrical distributor selling to electrical wholesale and hardware customers nationwide.  We endeavour to excel in customer service, quality product selection and good stockholding, and in recent times being to the forefront of technology in energy-saving solutions.

To assist us in expanding the business we now require an experienced Office Sales Person for our busy sales office.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with existing customers on the phone.
• Dealing with customer’s technical questions and product queries.
• Taking sales orders and processing them on our computer system.
• Sales support and lead generation for our field sales team.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare sales quotations.
• Liaising with Stores Personal and transport.
• Deal with all customer queries, PODs, price, copy invoices, etc.
• Maintain up to date information and blogs on our website.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter and have:

• In depth knowledge and experience of the electrical sector.
• Experience of selling in the electrical trade.
• Excellent customer service experience with a strong phone presence.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Good time management and personal organisational skills.
• Good computer skills with experience and knowledge of various MS packages.

The position is based at our distribution centre in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 and an attractive remuneration package, €30K+, will be offered to the right candidate.
