Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location where person will be based: Galway Office
Location where person will be selling to: Republic and Northern Ireland
On Target Earnings: (OTE)
25K plus bonus
Job Description:
We need highly driven and energetic sales specialists to join our business. You will be expected to:
1. Securing new sales and increasing revenue for the business by making outbound calls to new markets.
2. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Reporting potential pipeline to sales manager on a weekly basis
4. Being part of the telesales team taking inbound sales enquiry telephone calls.
5. Accountable for creation and communication of leads and sales opportunities for all clients services and products.
6. Identify exhibitions, events and networking opportunities for the company to attend.
7. Support marketing campaigns by email/telephone follow up
8. Responding to email enquiries that are made from potential customers.
9. Travel to customer sites, networking events and exhibitions as required
10. Input and work with the company on social media , PR and marketing campaign information and date in CRM
11. Responsible for maintaining full information of opportunities and customer tasks and report correctly.
12. Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM
Candidate:
· Ideally you will have Min 5 years telesales sales experience in the service industry
· Proven track record of business to business sales
· Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
· Full driving licence.
· Experience of working within a telesales environment
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Ability to engage with different business across a variety of sectors.
· Confident in ability to generate a sales revenue within 2 months of commencement of role.
· Excellent computer skills.
