Our client is city centre located in new offices. The current staff count is 80 and that is changing every day! There is an immediate requirement to hire a Front Office Manager to manage the Reception & General Office areas. This is a friendly, relaxed and busy sales environment offering a professional level service to its clients in Europe & US.
Reception:
- Manage the Receptionists team
- Implementing a zero tolerance for dropped calls. Every client gets a friendly, rapid & helpful response.
- Stand in as cover as a second receptionist during lunch hours and annual leave
Office:
- Managing deliveries; ensuring they get to the right teams and that they are tracked.
- Stock takes on hardware.
- Helping teams with admin overflow and digging out with your team.
- Taking minutes of important meetings and sending clear actions to everyone after each meeting.
- Developing relationships & monitoring costs with suppliers & maintenance people.
- Coming up with new ideas to create a fun and productive work environment

Experience and Skills
- You have a minimum of five years experience as a Front office manager
- You must have experience managing people and a reception type environment
- You are highly proficient on MS Office and a fast learner on new technologies
- You have been part of a customer-facing team and have a deep understanding and belief that the customer is always right
Renumeration is €30k - €35k DOE
