This role will provide the successful candidate with a challenging but rewarding role in which they will be able to develop and expand on existing skills while working on cutting edge projects in a fast environment.

Duties/Responsilbilities:

Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals

Developing detailed designs

Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages for designing projects

Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and architects & clients.

Agreeing timescales and specifications with clients and managers

Managing budgets and other project resources

Compiling, checking and approving reports

General Project Management

Requirements:

Civil Engineering Degree

3/5 years experience in a similar position

Quantity Surveying background an advantage but not essential

Experience in pricing and design.

AutoCad Experience
