SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES

Specialising in Retail Banking and Cards & Payments, the Group is currently recruiting for Senior Sales Executives to join their expanding sales team in Westport, Co. Mayo

Job Description:
- Manage sales process from lead generation to close
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed sales targets with existing and new clients
- Targeted prospecting for new business and cold calling potential clients
- Maintain existing key client relationships
- Responsible for contract renewals with defined clients
- Upsell and cross sell to new and existing accounts
- Accountable for ensuring that the sales pipeline is robust to deliver on sales targets and managing all stages to closing
- Update and manage CRM database
- Accurate and timely sales reporting to management
- Telesales for specific projects
Successful Candidate:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships
- Natural networker with exceptional commercial acumen
- Confidence to interact with C Level clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding set KPI’s and targets
- An ability to deal with Customers in an engaging manner, telephone and email interactions will be required.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification of equivalent
- Previous experience in Inside Sales / Telesales – B2B is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Flexibility in working hours – our clients are global and time zones must be considered
A strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines and good project management skills are essential.
Previous experience in banking/financial services or a related sector is desirable
