Job Description
The Sales and Membership Manager will oversee sales initiatives and manage all membership accounts at the Kingfisher Club. The Sales and Membership Manager must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines, be able to work in an office setting, communicate effectively with management and provide superior customer services to our members and prospects.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree from accredited college/university or relevant professional experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A very friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong ability to socialize well with members and customers
• Physically fit and active. Enjoys working out.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
• Previous experience with account management and sales; Membership sales at a health club is considered an asset but not a requirement
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Proficient in Excel
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends

Daily Procedures:
• Sell and process all membership sales at the Kingfisher Club.
• Generate sales initiatives through social media and grass roots marketing
• Various administrative tasks (writing documents, data entry, contract entry, e-mail)
• Handle all aspects of the membership division (sign up’s, data entry, etc)
• Meet weekly sales goals for various membership promotions
• Maintain relationships with existing members and prospects
• Weekly reporting to management team (retention and attrition)
• Communicate with existing members about their accounts, process requests, up- sell memberships
• Process membership inquiries and applications as they come through the website.
• Handle all aspects of membership sale. Initial inquiry, meeting, tour, paperwork, follow-ups
• Using grass roots marketing grow Kingfisher Club awareness in the community. Work with Marketing Manager on various projects throughout the opening process of Kingfisher Club.
• Meet with management team weekly to provide updates on sales and promotions
• Actively socialise and interact with members and customers
• Acquire corporate membership accounts
• Solicit membership feedback and offers new ideas for retention, improved customer service and new sales
• Provide a Monthly Membership Report to reflect the membership statistics with monthly and yearly comparisons
