Principal Accountabilities:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programmes in support of company and business objectives. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and regular review of reoccurring and triggered email communications. Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices and applies them to the execution of our email campaigns in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Manager.
We are looking for highly ambitious Lead Generators to drive sales. Success in this role will be a result of generating and managing email campaigns and email campaign lists.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Generating cleansing lists to ensure they are up to date and for purpose
§ Full utilisation on suite of suite of email lead generation tools
§ Optimizing current email templates to follow brand guidelines, increase engagement/conversion metrics, and maintain email best practices
§ Communicate with internal team members effectively to execute email campaigns.
§ Provide actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis.
§ Collaborate and contribute ideas at marketing planning meetings.
§ Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
§ Communicate results and provide and implement improvement recommendations.
§ Develop best practices in managing customer list data for optimal segmentation and management purposes.
§ Continually modify email strategy for ongoing optimization and excellence in email campaign management for highest conversion opportunities
Qualifications & Knowledge Required:
§ Relevant degree qualification
§ 2 to 3 years of online marketing experience including one year of email experience
§ Advanced excel skills
§ Experienced in developing and maintaining a customer database
§ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
§ Attention to detail is a must
