J&F Water Treatment is a wholesale distributor of water treatment products based in Ireland & UK.
Due to the continued growth of our business we are currently seeking a Field Sales Engineer based out of our Nenagh Office.
As a Field Sales Engineer you will specialise in the sales and support of potable water treatment products and other equipment from the world’s leading brands, into our current and new client base.
To be considered for this position you must have experience selling into domestic, commercial or industrial Clients. You must have a full clean driver’s licence and permission to work in the EU.
Key Responsibilities of the role are to:
- Establish new Clients/Customers
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
- Interpret and manage customer requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance to potential customers
- Provide after-sales support services
- Liaise with other sales team members
- Liaise with our technical experts in the UK
- Plan, Manage and develop the market growth strategy for our range of products & services.
- Maintain relationships with key customer contacts on all levels along with developing new customer contacts.
- Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM – Salesforce
- Support marketing campaigns by telephone follow up
- Respond to e-mail enquires from potential customers.
- Ensure all information submitted for quotes and pricing is clear and accurate
