Sales
- Booking out ALL products that are dispatched from RSPL
- Assisting customers in placing orders
- Update customers on dispatch/delivery times
- Update customers on any issue with orders placed
- Update customers on stock levels
- Assisting Sales Representative’s in placing orders
- Ensuring Sales staff are made aware of goods out of stock on orders before dispatch
- Keeping Sales Docket Books up to date
- Putting stock on back order for customers and following up on this
- Liaising with Accounts regarding customers that are on hold or over credit limit
- Sending Quotations to customers
- Liaise with Purchasing when product is out of stock or for special orders
Customer Service
- Taking calls from customers regarding sales & marketing enquiries
- Following up on all customer queries as quickly as possible
General Duties
- Assisting Sales/Marketing function when needed
- Inform Sales/Marketing Manager on any customer feedback regarding competitors pricing in the market place
