A fast expanding Telecoms company Regional Broadband based in Dublin 4 is hiring an Inside Sales Executive.
The ideal person will have at least twelve months experience of selling over the phone and proactively phoning customers to sell or upsell products and services.

Responsibilities include:
To meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Sell wireless and fibre broadband and phone services by converting incoming leads and making outbound calls.
Recognise sales opportunities and up-sell the current customer base.
Make retention calls to customers who have indicated they wish to cancel services. Requirements:
Proven track record in sales achieving targets Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Good technical/telecoms knowledge
Fluency in English
