Inside Sales Executive- N. Dublin

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Exec that thrives in a target driven customer service environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls and follow up
Enter clients orders with speed and accuracy
Processing invoices and sales orders
Account management of individual accounts
Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Perform effective face to face show rounds

Requirements
Proven inside sales or strong retail background within hardware/homewares/DIY
Track record of working in accuracy and attention to detail with strong IT skills set
Strong phone presence and experience dealing with clients via telephone and email
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
