Job Description

Assist each of their appointed Sales Associates with the day to day running of their Financial Services business. Help the Associate achieve production targets and objectives in an effective and compliant manner. Remove as much clutter as possible to free up Associate’s time to concentrate on completing financial reviews with new prospects and existing clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is coming from a previous sales background themselves , knows and understands the difficulties of being out and about developing new business , and the importance of providing an ongoing service to existing clients. Industry qualifications and experience an advantage, however for the right candidate we are willing to invest in these areas and help further their career within the Acorn Life Group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Generate new appointments each week from names provided by Associate

·         Proactively managing marketing campaigns for the Associate

·         Contact clients to complete anniversary service calls

·         Contact clients to manage pipeline of new business

·         Assisting the Associate with prospecting initiatives

·         Updating in house CRM systems and files

·         Diary management and planning

 

Requirements for the role:

·         Good initiative

·         Industry experience preferred

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Maintain record of your PA activity

·         Ability to plan and prioritise work flow

·         Must have excellent product knowledge

·         Must be competent on the use of CRM systems

·         Industry qualifications APA/QFA (or Grandfathering) preferred

·         Expectation to complete Industry Exams (if not already qualified)

·         Ability to work as part of a team and/or unsupervised as an individual
