DUTIES:

• Liase with potential clients re viewings
• Carry out viewings
• Vetting potential tenants
• Taking Inventories and readings
• Issuing regulation letters for the relevant reasons
• Carrying out property inspections
• Liaising with tradesmen
• Looking after a portfolio of properties
• Working as part of a management team delivering the best standard of letting and management to the client.
• Processing all new lettings and renewals of the portfolio
• Assisting in the financial management of rent collection and reporting of same monthly

REQUIRMENTS:

• Hold or be able to apply for a PSRA licence , min of a C licence.
• 1+ years of experience in a letting’s role would be an advantage
• Previous experience with Microsoft Suit & ideally Aquaint
• Clean driving license with own car
• Strong communication & Customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proactive approach towards generating new business
• Be motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working
