An exciting new position in an ever-growing industry.

P3 Search & Selection are delighted to be working alongside a leading Renewable Technology Supplier. This full-time senior position will be based in the Galway area. The successful candidate will be integral in the advancement of the governments Climate action plan by ensuring a more proficient standard of heat pump installers throughout the country.   

Responsibilities:

Manage a new state of the art training centre facility in co-operation with one of Ireland's largest multi-campus technological universities.
Collaborate with my clients technical director on new methods and technologies and introduce these as new modules or entire training courses.
Design and deliver training programmes for internal staff members
Design and deliver training programmes for installation and maintenance partners keeping everyone up to date with the latest policies and technologies.
Create course content and deliver new Level 6 Certificate in Heat Pump Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Servicing.
Create accredited CPD courses and deliver to Engineers Ireland and RIAI amongst others.

Outcomes

Empower partners to help meet Ireland's Climate Action Plan targets for both new and retrofit renewable installations.
To create a culture of confidence and expertise for all installation and maintenance partners.

Skills required
·      Knowledge of central heating systems
·      ICT Skills, Microsoft Office

Skills desired
·      Good general knowledge of training in business organisations
·      Experience in a customer facing role with demonstration of strong people engagement skills.
