Astrak, one of the market leaders in the supply of quality undercarriage parts and GET products for earth-moving equipment, is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in Warrenpoint.

This role offers a good earning potential with an OTE of £29200.

Key Responsibilities:
* Making professional outgoing telesales calls to qualified prospects and existing customers
* Cleansing the Netsuite CRM system and updating customer/prospect information at all times
* Build relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, gain new business and reactivate gone away customers
* Gain a thorough understanding/knowledge of our product ranges in order to discuss intelligently with customers/prospects to influence them to purchase based on their specific needs or requirements
* Liaise with the internal sales team to generate quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Keep relevant notes/call records in the NetSuite CRM system so that all correspondence can be referred to and understood at any given time
* Consistently contributing to the team effort in a positive and proactive manner

Required Experience:
* Proven experience as telesales executive or similar sales role
* Experience of working with technical or complex information
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
* Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
