Senior Client Services Analyst - Permanent - Global Investment Bank - Dublin City

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing a large client portfolio of the company's high-profile clients. You will act as their main point of contact for any queries and transactions. You will perform audit and control assessment reports and contribute to projects to help improve client requirements. You will work with internal and external teams and stakeholders within the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have previous financial services experience within a client or customer service role. Experience within Cash Management is desirable also. You will have great communication skills and be able to work in a fast pace and efficient manner.
