Position Overview:
As Account Manager you will maximise the revenue and profitability of Product Support (Parts & Service) sales from new and existing customers.

Job Description:

We are delighted to advertise for a Account Manager to join our team at our state of the art facility in Dublin. Within this role you will maximise the revenue and profitability of Product Support (Parts & Service) sales from new and existing Customers.

Skills and Experience for the Account Manager
Experience in an appropriate product support sector with demonstrable success
Experience in an Account Management role with strong customer liaison skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
PC literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint E-mail
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Comfortable with technical and operational data analysisAbout the role of Account Manager
Manage an agreed portfolio of Customer accounts and develop and grow revenue opportunities to meet and exceed annual parts and service sales targets whilst achieving required profitability.
Effectively maintain call cycles, planning repeat calls where possible on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Exploit the Finning market analysis tool to identify new accounts, lapsed account and product campaign opportunities.
Convert leads generated by the Inside Sales Team. Use FST (Finning Sales Tracker) to record, manage and report on opportunities and sales as required by management.
Act as a point of contact for customers, stakeholders and influencers, promoting Finning support services relevant to their needs and assisting personally where possible.
Speedy resolution of customer complaints and disputes. Directly supervise or facilitate the resolution of customer disputes.
Maintain regular contact and build trust with key customer decision makers and influencers.
Collaborate across Finning to maximise all available opportunities across Product Support and New sales. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within Finning, Customers and Caterpillar.
Maintain an awareness of Competitors, feeding intelligence on their activities back to the business. Maintain an awareness of developing and possible future Customer and Market requirements to support new product and campaign developments.About us
