Your Job

As a Sales Representative (German Speaker) at Indeed in Dublin, you are responsible for promoting Indeed as the world s job site and our products to our clients in the DACH regions. You are joining us on our mission of helping people get jobs by offering online marketing and recruitment solutions to our mid market customers, so that they can reach their recruitment and employer branding goals.

Responsibilities

You work with your own book of business of around 100 Mid-Market accounts and own the full sales cycle of your clients
You build long term relationships with B2B customers by quantifying and qualifying their needs, showing the benefits of Indeed s products and providing the best recruiting solutions
You create growth by selling, upselling & cross selling our services to Mid-Market customers to help them optimize their recruitment process and employer branding
You analyze the results using online marketing data and present this to the customer

Experienced in B2B solution-oriented selling
Experienced working towards revenue targets & KPIs
Strong passion & motivation for Sales
Strong communication skills in German and English
Ability to work organized
