About This Role:
You re obsessed with Indeed customers & ensuring they get the most value out of Indeed s products. You are able to put yourself in the customer s shoes to understand their unique perspective while striving for excellent customer service-every customer problem is important to you, no matter how small. A whiz with data, you re able to glean invaluable qualitative and quantitative insights from customer performance data. You don t believe in doing things the same way they ve always been done-you recognize opportunities for change.
What You ll Do:
Act as subject matter expert for our internal stakeholders and be willing to learn new industries and verticals as our unique Sales Segment grows
Problem solve, analyze data, and present findings in a way that helps sales to optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations
Support account executives by providing actionable insights and recommendations on campaign & product investments
Seize opportunities to scale content to larger client audiences strategically
Work lock-in-step with various stakeholders to distill customer pain points, maximize ROI and provide a top-tier and consistent client experience.
Occasionally support client-facing conversations
Who You Are
What You ll Need:
3+ years of direct experience in either Tech/SaaS sales, research & insights, account management, client consulting, business analytics, or solutions architecture
Excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and customer service skills
Advanced communication skills, comfortable preparing and presenting impactful insights to clients
Advanced in MS Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of SQL preferred
Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent)
Strong deductive reasoning and independent problem-solving skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
