Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager UK, this role will be responsible for the strategic growth and management of our client's Global accounts, diesel, and gas sales team within Ireland. Working closely with key stakeholders you will develop strategic relationships, lead the development of account plans, yearly sales targets and deliver on our future growth strategies.
Major Job Functions:
To lead and develop the Ireland national sales team to deliver against business plan. Create a climate of accountability and empowerment with team members to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience
Be an active member of the Electric Power leadership team contributing to the delivery of plans and overall business performance against relevant measures
Fully understand the customer s key business drivers and emerging needs to ensure customer-centric solutions are created and executed in line with business plans
Lead growth across our Global (GAM) accounts in data centres, driving maximum deal participation resulting in an industry leading market share
Collaborate with the leadership team in Ireland to drive alignment across sales, delivery, aftermarket and services.
Ensure Key Account and sales excellence through the delivery and management of key account plans
Provide accurate forecasting for the financial planning calendar
Develop and execute a multi-channel, go to market strategy for the Electric Power business that delivers against growth targets, across all busines segments
Drive participation and market share through leveraging the sales model, working closely with the sales leadership of both the internal and external sales teams, coaching for performance and identifying sales opportunities which deliver on the growth agenda
Develop direct relationships with target accounts converting them into long term business partner

Preferably engineering or business degree level qualification
Extensive sales leadership experience with significant involvement in large accounts
Experienced in strategy development and successful delivery
