We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, sales-driven individual to join our recruitment team in Galway as Key Account Manager. You will will deal with a wide variety of clients from small organisations to large multi nationals. We require someone with a keen interest in sales, cold calling, networking & business development to help develop further revenue in this area. The role requires you to meet with your clients on a daily & weekly basis, to help drive opportunities with new and existing customers. In order to succeed you will need a strong work ethic, resilience, a natural commercial outlook and an exceptional flair for sales. You must be able to deal with the many challenges and obstacles as they arise. Previous experience in recruitment or working within a target driven sales role is vitally important. A full driving licence is an advantage.
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio. Entrepreneurialism is encouraged, and you are free to work with a high degree of autonomy.
If you are dynamic, can build strong relationships with customers and across the business, and know how to get results, it's within your power to move quickly through the ranks. On any given day, amongst other things, you are likely to be involved in the following:
• Cold Calling / Business development / Networking
• Negotiating with clients
• On-going management of client and candidate relationships

Previous sales / business development experience is essential for this role.
