Ecommerce Brand Manager for City Centre ecommerce company. Permanent. Your new company A market-leading company who are currently developing several fast-growing ecommerce businesses. Your new role As Ecommerce Brand Manager you will have accountability for ecommerce sales, targets and growth and a wide range of digital marketing experience including social media management, content creation and management, email marketing, SEO and PPC. You will manage the acquisition strategies to attract quality traffic and exposure for websites, manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROAS and drive retention programmes to keep past customers engaged and encourage repeat customers. You will organise the websites to ensure appropriate, identify new sales opportunities that could drive further sales, provide regular reporting and analysis and identify key technologies and improvements to the user experience and conversion funnel. You will work closely with the customer service team to deliver our consistently high standards, work with core marketplaces, carry out market research and assist with sourcing and testing new products. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, and be a professional self-motivated individual with an ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment. You will have the ability to onboard new strategies to benefit the core business, be target-focused and able to set own agenda and prioritise work and be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines and schedules. You will have excellent attention to detail, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar, experience in website content management and email marketing systems, and a strong grasp of SEO and performance optimisation tools. You will have a passion for knowledge, actively up to date with digital marketing trends, previous experience working on successful digital marketing campaigns, report production for analytics and success metrics and an understanding of translating brand identity into creative content. Desirable if you have Magento / WordPress experience and Google Ads qualification / Bing certified.
