We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

The Role:
* Responsible for product knowledge of Air, Sea and Road services to answer customer questions.
* Communicating with customers through email, telephone, various communication platforms.
* Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.
* Follow up on quotations provided to customers across Air, Sea and Road.
* Understand customers needs and identify best solutions.
* Responding within the required timescales to customer/partner enquiries and requests.
* Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
* Developing leads and referrals.
* Keep up with product information and changes. The Candidate:
* Minimum of 1 year experience within Freight Forwarding sector.
* Self-motivated with good communication skills with the ability to work as part of sales team and on own initiative.
* Knowledge of Air, Sea and Road transport preferred.
* Ability to work to deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
* Time management and communication skills.
