My Client are a hot US Pre-IPO SaaS Cybersecurity Vendor , they have a disruptive solution and are ranked very highly by Gartner and Forester. They have just recently been given unicorn status, and have a very established infrastructure and edging towards an IPO in the coming years .
They have grown extensively and have doubled in size over the last two years , they have displayed exceptional growth even in the current market situation , and have posted there best ever results for the last 3 progressive Quarters.
I personally have placed 30+ people over the years I have been involved with them and have a good understanding of their business.
My client are looking for a senior support engineer based in Dublin , they have an R+D facility based there and this is a growth role , with 3 others being based from this office. This role is due to expansion.
Experience supporting an international customer base.
Expertise in Linux-based systems, their management, operation and application stacks.
Extensive experience in diagnosis and resolution of complex customer issues.
Commitment to correct and complete use of ticketing systems.
Good understanding of current security technologies and risks.
Excellent understanding of TCP/IP network protocol suite including packet capture analysis.
Basic understanding of SQL and non-SQL databases.
Able to work as part of a geographically dispersed global Support team.
Initiative to resolve issues as they become apparent.
Initiative to do what is required to resolve customer issues in a future proof manner
