We’re looking for a personal assistant to the CEO of a brilliant, rewarding company. If you love helping people and like to give back, this job is for you. You will have great flexibility and look after your own hours as this role is part time, 3 days in the office. It’s a 3 month contract position and the perfect opportunity for someone to advance their skills, with the possibility of applying for a permanent role in the future.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and personable with the ability to be flexible and support with high level admin duties.

Skills and attributes:

* Excellent organisation and time management skills in a fast paced environment
* Administrative experience providing general admin tasks as well as assisting the CEO will be the core duties of this role.
* Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
* The ability to multi-task and manage work flows, prioritise and work well under pressure
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential subjects, issues, emails and documents
* Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities
* Work on own initiative
* PC Skills – Microsoft Office
* High level of commitment
* Excellent interpersonal skills

The office is located in North Fredrick Street and from time to time, may be required to assist in the Cabra or Tallaght office.

Salary - €35000 - €40000 pro rata
