My client a global freight forwarding company is looking for a team lead to assist in the daily operations of their freight forwarding department based in North Dublin area (North of Airport).
The successful candidate would be required to carry out a number of duties including but not limited to developing and leading a customer focused operational support team, monitor schedules and routes, ensuring correct documentation is sent and that all shipments are handled quickly, safely and within budget.
To be considered for this position you should have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, have excellent overall knowledge of operations involved in multi-modal freight forwarding and be able to lead a team to success ensuring KPIs are met. You must have good computer skills especially MS Excel and be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English (and another European language – major advantage).

After training you will have the opportunity to work from home (with approval of your manager) and this role is full time permanent role with standard working hours Monday – Friday.
