FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of Field Salesperson – Agri. Our client has a long reputation in the agricultural industry, supplying quality products to farmers all over Ireland. With successful growth within the company, they are now looking to expand their B2B sales team the Border and Northern Ireland counties, to cater for a strong existing customer account.

This is a full time permanent role offering a competitive basic salary with commission and will suit candidates with similar experience or a strong interest in the agriculture sector.

Role:
• Maintain and influence sales with both established and prospective clients
• Provide technical advice and guidance on products
• Oversee merchandising of stock within stores while monitoring stock levels to ensure market trends and customer demands are met.
• Manage customer requests mannerly and proficiently.
• Liaise with Sales Manager and team members.

Candidate Profile:
• Education level – Leaving Certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Genuine interest in Agriculture Sector
• Ability to reach targets

Remuneration Package:
• Basic Salary of €32,000 (DOE) + 1.5% Commission
• Company van (Ford Transit)
• €11 meal allowance per day
