Guidant IRC are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of a Recruiter.

Job Type: Fixed term contract, until the end of 2022

Location: Hybrid. Office based in Dublin 4.

23 Days annual leave

Rate of pay: €48’000/annum

About

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for a global Organisation through drafting ads on varies media platforms, networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will report to a senior member based in Denmark and work closely with the UK team and the HR Director in Ireland. You will be the lead recruiter in Ireland, as part of a larger Global team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection, and pre-onboarding strategies for the hiring manager supported by the role.
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
* Provide staffing solutions keeping the organisation’s strategies in mind.
* Lead and drive hiring planning strategies.
* Be accountable for the overall recruitment process to ensure recruitment delivery of the open position for hiring managers.
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
* Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
* Be responsible for preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to hiring managers regarding suitable applicants
* Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the hiring managers.
* Work towards and exceed targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
* Be responsible for requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the hiring manager.
* headhunt - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.

What you’ll need to succeed

* At least 5 years’ experience as an in-house recruiter. (Agency or Organisation)
* Corporate recruitment experience desired.
* Finance recruitment experience desired.
* Have Senior Recruitment experience- End to end recruitment.
* Have stakeholder management experience.
* Fluent in English, second language is a plus.
* Have experience working with recruitment tools such as Oracle and SAP
* Must be highly organised and time efficient.
* Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
* High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer- service mindset.
