Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the development of digital marketing strategy and solutions for enhancing the online engagement and ROI
* Initiate, plan, and implement effective marketing campaigns online, aligned with our business goals
* Maintaining, updating and monitoring the Group websites
* Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
* Contribute to the creation of digital content (e.g. website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Mailshots)
* Developing and implementing paid social media campaigns end to end
* Create visual content for our social media channels and marketing emails
* Planning and sending email campaigns
* Website and blog content development with specialised articles
* Defining and implementing the SEO strategy that significantly grow organic searches
* Creates analytics reports to share the progress on all campaigns (monitor and report on website traffic, online ads, social media activity/campaigns)
* Work closely with the senior team on strategy, campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships events, initiatives, etc.
* Provide cross-functional support across the Group for all marketing activities.
* Design templates for quotes/proposals, contracts, brochures, documentation etc
* Branding : update, upgrade and format documentation
* Database Management (CRM)
* Coordination of merchandising, promotional material, client gifts, etc.
* Support new market development across the Group
* Build market and client intelligence
* Conduct research to identify potential clients
* Approach potential clients and obtain industry intelligence
* Contacting potential clients and setting up meetings
* Contacting / responding to potential clients in response to marketing campaigns
* Holding meetings and presentation with potential clients
* Reporting and providing insights
* Group ambassador for products/services
* Other duties which may be assigned by the company over time relating to the marketing division, business development or new product initiatives / launches
Your experience and skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related program
A Digital Marketing qualification (awarded OR in progress)
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing
Full understanding of all social media platforms and best practices from a brand perspective
Experienced user of Canva or Adobe for graphic creations
Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive team player
Excellent communications, writing and presenting skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work autonomously on own workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Note : Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Note : Full clean drivers licence required
