With a reputation for unbeatable customer service, Furlong Flooring are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be the face of our business and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. After all, it is our great customer service that really sets us apart from the rest.
So, what will you be doing?
• As a sales executive you will be responsible for meeting customer needs and driving sales in our showrooms. (Not open to the Public)
• You will handle customer queries and take orders over the phone, email, and face to face
• Maintain professional standards of product knowledge and support our customers looking to get the right product. (Training provided)
• Be part of our sales office team assisting in all normal duties
Skillsets & pre-requisites:
• 2-4 years of sales experience
• Excellent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
• Have good phone manner and IT skills
• Be able to identify leads
• Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
