Our client a Irish owned Life Assurance Company is looking for driven, determined self-starters nationwide to join their award-winning and dynamic team of Financial Advisers.
To start you will be on a six month training program which will include an induction week in Galway where you will be put up in a hotel near their head office. In the six months you will get first class training and development, they will help you build your portfolio and set you up for a successful career.
They will also support and pay for your further education to be qualified as a Accredited Product Advisor(APA) and a Qualified Financial Advisor(QFA)
What you will do:
* Develop new business opportunities within your locality.
* Help people with their financial affairs
* Decide who your clients are and how you spend your time.
* You will be dedicated to selling through the development of long term relationships with clients.
* You will analyse the financial needs of clients and provide solutions that will help them achieve their goals and objectives.
* You will identify markets where you can build a referral base and grow your business.
* You will grow your client bank by selling to client's needs.
