Indeed is seeking a Senior Sales Strategist to join its growing Sales Strategy team supporting our Scaled Business Success (SBS) Team. The Senior Sales Strategist acts as a business partner to Sales/CS, recommending revenue acceleration & retention strategies and operational process improvements. The Senior Sales Strategist will also work closely with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Product and Engineering teams, working together to support Sales & CS leadership on key initiatives.

Identify, scope and drive critical projects and sales/customer success initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to drive decision-making
Complete analysis and assessment of growth opportunities; refine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities for the small business organization
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Leverage your analytical skill set to surface new insights and identify untapped opportunities
Develop robust models to test hypotheses and predict likely outcomes. Your analytic work will help drive further investment and innovation.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of work experience in strategic planning and / or consulting
Highly proficient with SQL, R, Python with an ability to structure queries, mine data and present it in a meaningful way for analysis
Experience building rich, insightful, and actionable reporting with various data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Excellent communicator - strong presentation skills is a must
Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
Experience with fast-paced, high-growth, sales-force driven business models
Deep understanding of CRM systems and how they are leveraged
Project management skills and experience with process evaluation and design

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
