FRS Recruitment is sourcing a Business Development Manager for a Leading Sanitary Ware and Tiles supplier – the successful candidate will have strong direct sales experience in a related industry and can live in the Leinster or Munster area.
Business Development Manager-Sanitary Ware & Tiles
* Develop the business of sanitary ware and tiles through new business development and existing account development.
* Produce business development plans for new and existing customers to increase sales and profitability
* Manage all sales and tender activities within your defined business portfolio.
* Work with Operations and key support functions to ensure clients' needs are met
* Networking, building, and maintaining relationships with a view to securing new business
* Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing your daily work schedule
* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of orders from existing customers and potential customers
* Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
* Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Requirements: Business Development Manager
* Seeking candidates with experience of dealing with Architects/Interior Designers and calling directly to construction sites
* Have excellent people skills, inspire confidence and be results-driven.
* You must be a Hunter/Self Starter with strong self-confidence, presentation skills, and a natural flair for Sales.
* Ability to identify new business, develop strong customer relations, with a strong emphasis on customer care
* 2-3 years of direct Sales Experience is preferred with a strong emphasis on target achieved and personal career growth
* Ideally have some level of experience within Construction, Building Materials or related Industry
