If you are looking for an opportunity to step away from business development and into customer success, this multinational tech company are hiring. They are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their Dublin team, and nurture relationships with their existing EMEA partners. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, responding to queries, managing product usage, and upselling to continue growing revenue. 

It is essential you have 2 years’ experience working in a B2B software sales environment, and familiarity with SaaS solutions. A third level degree would be advantageous.
