FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counter Sales (Agri) on behalf of an established Agri business in South Tipperary. This is a full-time permanent position.

My client has been serving the agricultural trade for over 40 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an additional member to their team. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous retail experience and/or a strong interest in agriculture.

The Role

* Counter sales
* Stock control
* Dealing with suppliers
* Supporting the purchasing team
* Offering technical advice to farmers face to face and phone
* Support the field-based team
* Support the branch manager in daily operational duties.
* Must be able to meet sales targets

The Candidate

* 3rd level Cert or Degree in Agriculture desirable
* Previous retail experience a distinct advantage
* An interest in agriculture
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Renumeration

* Working hours: Monday (Friday 8am – 5pm)
* Salary: €26000+ DOE
* Company van and phone included
