FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Rep (On farm) for a leading animal health company. This is a full-time permanent role. My client manufactures & distributes animal nutrition & health-care products. They provide an innovative product range primarily focused on the nutritional requirements for large farm animals.
Currently my client is looking to add two additional Technical Sales Reps to their team. These roles with be based in West Cork & Kerry.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following duties
* Provide technical advice to livestock farmers on product range.
* Maintain established business accounts and ensure that ongoing business growth is achieved
* Manage all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Liaise regularly with Manager and other office staff
* Build relationships with customers in the merchant & coop trade ( B2B )
* Attend agricultural shows & events.
* Credit control & stock taking
Candidate profile
* Previous farm sales experience is a distinct advantage
* 3rd level Degree / Cert an advantage
* Organised & motivated
