Counter Sales & Stores

* Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer inquiries regarding Plumbing & Heating Materials
* Support and assist with all Plumbing & Heating Trade Counters Sales and Enquiries
* Support the Plumbing & Heating Stores/Warehouse ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock, sorting materials and collecting materials for customers.
* Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all materials
* Answering phones -Maximise Plumbing & Heating Sales by continually expanding orders and up-selling material on all incoming and outgoing calls.
* Serving customers on the phone and a busy trade counter

Skills and Experience Required

* This role would best suit an upbeat and self-motivated individual who enjoys working systematically, productively, and to deadlines
* You will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and energized environment.
* You will have a strong interest in delivering superb customer and after-sales service
* Knowledge of Plumbing & Heating and or Building Materials highly desirable (NOT ESSENTIAL)
