Most companies use gift cards as a gift to employees throughout the year but especially at Christmas. We are expanding our sales team to increase our share of this substantial business opportunity.

The Role:

Building on your existing sales skills you will help existing and new customers through:

●       Establishing, building and maintaining customer relationships

●       Contacting existing customers and new prospects, which will be supplied to you

●       Your ability to understand and analyse customer requirements, and to offer solutions

●       Effective verbal and written communication skills to get your message across concisely

●       Excellent internal & external networking skills

●       Keeping Hubspot up to date

●       Working within a close team

●       Working from home and in the Sandyford, Dublin based office

The Candidate:

●       A highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual

●       Target-driven and results orientated

●       Experience in lead generation and building a sales pipeline

●       Highly organised and efficient with excellent time management skills

●       Proven ability to act on your own initiative

●       Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

●       Educated to degree level or equivalent

●       Have good IT skills with a command PowerPoint, Excel and Word

●       Be able to work calmly and focus under pressure

●       Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development/sales

●       Your own network of HR and company finance department  contacts would be an advantage

Desirable:

●       Previous experience in consultative sales role

●       Previous experience selling a financial or employee benefit type of product to Human Resources Managers and Finance                  Managers

Remuneration:

●       €32-35,000 OTE (no cap)
