Business Development Executive
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a growing, innovative team on a permanent basis. This role, working to drive out and develop sales at an international level, will suit a self-motivated and personable individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin 2. This role is currently working from home due to government guidelines, however the successful candidate must be able to work from the Dublin 2 office when it is safe to do so.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
Support and develop the growth international revenue by fostering and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing opportunities and partnerships with new clients
Drive the development of business relationships by educating clients business offerings and solutions to drive new customer partnerships
Drive the growth and shape the client strategy of the organisation in Ireland and other international regions as required.
Work closely with internal departments to develop and present solutions to client problems.
Continuously work to identify possible business development opportunities to contribute to International market growth
Maintain a high level of knowledge on service offerings and solutions
Participate in monthly meetings, presenting to the senior management team
Attend and co-ordinate meetings with key decision makers to develop and build relationships
Attend networking events, tradeshows and conventions
Document and track all activities using CRM
Requirements of the Business Development Executive:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience is a consultative business development role, working with clients to build relationships and tailor solutions to business needs
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Strong commercial awareness and internal sales experience is advantageous
Excellent MS Office Skills and experience utilising a CRM is desirable
Resourceful, team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Creative and organised, and enjoy exploring new ways to improve existing processes
