The successful candidate will need to come with strong experience delivering sales targets and maximising sales growth, proven ability to get the most of your team with excellent customer service skills, personable and enthusiastic.

Duties
Achieving and exceeding profitability margin, ASP, value and volume sales targets
Delivering sustainable profitable sales growth
Overall management of all sales and operational matters within the store
Implementing the commercial strategy in the store
Motivational leadership of all employees within the store (“the team”)
Managing the performance and development of the team
Ensuring Company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to within the store
Keeping costs within budget
Developing effective working relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Working closely and effectively alongside the Trade Sales and Specification teams to deliver commercial objectives and targets
Implement in store marketing plans for the network
Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and other key stakeholders
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Proven success within a B2B or B2C environment, preferably at management level.
Proven leadership, people management and coaching skills.
Proven successful sales skills and experience.
Financially astute and profit focused.
Strong commercial acumen.
First class interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Industry and product knowledge.
